Question: How to make an order on your website with my design?

Answer: It is very simple and will take a couple of minutes of your time.

First, head over to the product section under "Customize Now". You will see many options for sizes for mouse pads on which you can set your own logo on.
Sizes are shown in milimeters so 900x400x3 is all measured in milimeters. Size goes as follows - WIDTHxHEIGHTxTHICKNESS.

Second step would be after selecting your size, press "CUSTOMIZE" which will bring you to the editor. In this 2D editor, you can "Upload Image" to insect your own design. Minimum suggested size for an image would be 1920x1080 but the better resolution of the image, the better quality the mousepad will be.

After adjusting your design on the mousepad, you can place an order by "ADD TO CART" button. It will bring you to the Shopping Cart where it will display the cost and the shipping (IF APPLICABLE).


Question: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Answer: Usually it takes from 5-7 days for us to fit the design on the mousepad, print it and ship it out to you. In case we have any questions for you, be sure to leave your email address so we can contact you. If you have any other information such other contacts (Discord, Skype, etc), be sure to add them.


Question: Where can I check my order status?

Answer: Once you have made the order, you will receive a confirmation email for the order. Upon processing the order, you will receive an additional email regarding shipping (tracking information) and that you order has been processed. You can always find your order details under your account in "Account" section. 


Question: Where do you ship your orders to? Internationally?

Answer: We ship our order worldwide but in certain cases we can cancel the order if the shipping address is incomplete or the order is undeliverable. In case of some issues with the order, we always contact our customer in order to verify the address in case it is incomplete. 


Question: How long does the shipping take?

Answer: Shipping can take from 5 to 30 days depending on your location and the product that you have ordered.


Items are shipped from Germany via Deutsche Post using Priority Mail. Estimated delivery within Europe is 6 to 14 days, depending on the location. For countries outside of Europe, the estimated time of arrival for packages can be from 12 to 20 days, depending on the location.

Personalized/Custom Order:

For most European Countries, shipping can take from 14 to 30 days, sometimes more. Customers from United States can receive their order from 5 to 14 days.

Question: I received my product defective, what should I do?

Answer: In case of a defective product, be sure to contact us directly and we will resolve the issue as best as we can. All customers have the right to return the order if the product is defective.


Question: What if I don't want the product anymore?

Answer: If the product does not meet quality standarts or is found to be defective, we can offer refunds and replacements as an option. If you wish to return the product back to us for any other reason, be sure to read the Return Policy or contact us beforehand.
